We want to introduce you to our company, and tell you some interesting facts about RedDuck.
We can confidently state that we are a fast-growing innovative company engaged in development in the field of blockchain and financial technologies.
In March 2020, we started building our first team. Nowadays, the number of our employees more in 10 times.
In May-June 2020, we received our first blockchain project, which was done by only one specialist.
Already in December 2020, we took part in the All-Ukrainian Blockchain Hackathon and took prize places, and the age of the participants from our company wasn`t more than 19 years.
Since then, we have been investing and expanding the RedDuck team, taking cool and interesting projects and attracting professionals in the field of blockchain technology.
We are a company that trains specialists from the beginner level. Most employees, coming to us at the Junior level, quickly acquire the necessary skills and become good specialists in the field of blockchain product development. We have a very powerful author’s blockchain school, which is currently training the specialists we need.
This is qualities of our employees that help us to grow and make cool projects:

The mission of our company is to unite professionals and become the best blockchain company in the world, and that is why we are open to new ideas and specialists who will share their values with us.

We have a friendly, healthy atmosphere and a young team, and, by the way, the average age of our employees is 22 years. Наразі ми хочемо трішки познайомити вас з нашою компанією, а саме розповісти цікаві факти про RedDuck. Ми сміливо можемо сказати, що ми швидкозростаюча інноваційна компанія, яка займається розробкою у сфері блокчейн та фінансових технологій.
У березні 2020 року почалася формуватися наша перша команда, яка виросла на сьогоднішній день більше, ніж у 10 разів.
У травні-червні 2020 року ми отримали наш перший проект з блокчейну, якій виконував лише один спеціаліст.
Уже в грудні 2020 року ми розмістилися на Всеукраїнському Blockchain Hackathon та почали займати призові місця, а вік учасників від нашої компанії не перевищував 19 років.
З того часу ми займаємось збільшенням інвестицій та розширенням команди RedDuck, отримуючи круті проекти та залучаючи професіоналів у сфері блокчейн-технологій.
Ми компанія, яка готує спеціалістів з початкового рівня. Так, більшість співробітників, приходячи до нас на рівні Junior досить швидко опановують необхідні навички і становляться дуже крутими спеціалістами у сфері розробки блокчейн продуктів. Ми маємо дуже потужну авторську блокчейн школу, яка наразі і займається підготовкою необхідних нам спеціалістів.

Ми надаємо знання з блокчейну не тільки розробникам, а й іншим працівникам, які не пов’язані безпосередньо з програмуванням. А також ми слідкуємо, щоб наш рівень англійської мови був на високому рівні, тому що наші замовники здебільшого з західних країн.
